Shweta comes with 14 years of well-rounded and diverse experience in the field of design and construction. She has worked as a Production Designer for feature films in her early career and thereafter pursued various design centric roles in the real estate market, AEC industry, design build firm and furniture dealer with projects ranging from commercial to hospitality, healthcare and residential. She has been an entrepreneur where she managed complex residential projects, leading a team of designers and sub-contractors. She found immense joy and satisfaction in designing and manufacturing custom home accessories for her clients. This diverse experience has helped her develop a holistic approach towards design and she strives to create beautiful and meaningful built environments. She strongly believes in the quote “Design is a response to social change” by George Nelson. When not working, you can find Shweta doing DIY projects for her home, cooking up a storm and hiking with her family and friends.
