Collaboration is Key

The project aimed to design a versatile workspace for a growing team, incorporating lab facilities, meeting rooms, and amenities while reusing existing construction, lighting, and HVAC systems. Key goals included maximizing natural daylight, meeting strict acoustical standards, and aligning with corporate values.

We themed the design around Earth's elements—land, water, and air—across three floors. Natural materials and graphics echoed these elements: angular features with copper accents represented mountains, curved forms with chrome accents symbolized water, and soft, smoky chrome effects depicted air. Accent lighting highlighted these elements, while environmental graphics on conference room glass balanced privacy with light transmission. We optimized daylight for open workstations and collaboration areas by expanding exterior glass lines. The use of acoustical materials and existing infrastructure completed the project’s objectives.
