To revamp a facility that had not been updated for more than 20 years into a vibrant, hip office space that encourages provoking thoughts and collaboration. The client took over this space as-is, with private offices on the perimeter and an unusable interior office area. Existing structure was significantly modified to create the open working area so essential to the engineering culture.

The space was gutted and completely opened up to reflect the open and collaborative culture prevalent in this client. “To energize and inspire” staff is an ever present goal. Uni-strut walls provide a framework to attach acoustical panels, tackable surfaces, visual separation and writing surfaces. There are private huddle areas, quiet zones and open workplaces. The environment is designed to provide multi-functional areas and maximize the use of space throughout, reflecting this client’s start up culture and supporting an amazing team of engineers.
