Bhavana graduated with her Master of Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. During her career, she has had an opportunity to work in both design studios and architectural firms with various industry disciplines. Her experience spans high-tech, life sciences, and lab-based tenant improvement projects. In design, she follows the “Emphasis” principle, believing that even the tiniest difference can lift a dull experience into something interesting. Having an Engineering background provides her with analytical and problem-solving skills useful on her projects.
Outside of work, you can find Bhavana working in the kitchen on healthy recipes, reading books, or travel planning. During the pandemic, she came across a saying by Jim Rohn that says, “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” This quote significantly changed her thoughts and lifestyle, resulting in regular yoga and pranayama. She looks forward to spending quality time with her family, whether it’s just having dinner together or taking an evening stroll.
