Alex Smith

Alex, a Licensed Architect and Project Manager with an MBA, drives solutions between clients, AP+I and other entities involved with the project. He engages all portions of a project, from inception and initial project walk, through final punch and annual check in. Alex is particularly focused on improving processes, whether project-oriented or internal. Alex’s experience is extensive as a project manager. He’s worked on projects including corporate, landlord, core & shell, exterior renovations, residential, site work/parking and land acquisition & entitlements. In his spare time, the enjoys the outdoors with family.
