Vera Yevteyev

Vera graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a B.A. in Architecture. Vera believes that architecture and design are some of the greatest catalysts and tools to help influence a society to not only live intelligently and beautifully, but to also be kinder to its people and the ground it is built on.

Vera appreciates every step of the design process, from initial design sketches to construction administration, she loves to understand the amount of effort, planning, and coordination each phase requires. Vera is always open to new experiences and believes that a successful, holistic architect should be eager to learn new things everyday in order to help better their practice and implement efficient, forward-thinking strategies for the future. When she runs into a bump in the road, she doesn’t freeze but instead loves to get to the root of the problem, and then use it as a tool for the future. Vera’s attention to detail and problem-solving abilities have helped hone her skills in putting together clear and communicable construction documentation for both small and large projects.

Being a San Diego native, Vera’s favorite activities involve hiking, exploring craft beer and foodie spots, people-watching, and packing her car to go roadtrippin’ – you can usually find her somewhere along the Pacific Coast Highway blasting her favorite tunes. She believes we shouldn’t rush through the intimate moments of life and that we should enjoy the ‘scenic route’ whenever possible.
