AP+I
Design determines the specific composition of the project
team, matching the client's requirements with the appropriate
skill set. The office's open workspace provides for
spontaneity, free exchange of information and collaboration.
In turn, the client gets innovative solutions that meet
current needs and also anticipates future changes. The
entire team of AP+I has mastered the art of translating
a client's needs into a design that is functional, creative
and dynamic.
Project managers guide their clients through every step
of the design process from conception to construction.
In addition, they provide the focal point in communication
among contractors, consultants and the client.

ALFONSO
SOCIAS His approach to commercial
interior design is flexibility. He believes in complementing
the client's needs and objectives with nuances of aesthetic
minimalism in a neutral pallet. Alfonso uses furnishings
and accessories to infuse a space with color. He draws
his inspiration from 50's and 60's design; 50's for the
rectilinear shapes and 60's for the curvilinear lines.
Currently, he is lending his project management and design
skills to the renovation of a venture capital interior.
When Alfonso isn't keeping everyone on their toes with
his quirky sense of humor, he spends his free time designing
and building furniture and playing with his daughter.

of experience in commercial interior architectural design,
combined with 6 years of facilities and real estate
development for high tech firms in the bay area. As

and they all merge to create the final product. She
and her husband, Ron, recently moved back to the bay
area from Fort Lauderdale, FL. Her love of the ocean,
fish and warm sand took her to FL for eight years. While
